Astro Panchang providesastrological content and Calculative data related to Hindu Panchang like Tithi,Nakshatra, Yog, Karan, Choghadiya, Panchank, Vinchudo etc., which are subjectto the conditions stated below in this document. Every time you visit thiswebsite or Application, use its services or make a purchase, you accept thefollowing conditions. This is why we urge you to read them carefully.
DESCRIPTION
You may need to register as amember of astro-panchang.com or app to receive certain Paid Services. The FreeServices and the Paid Services are referred to collectively in these Terms ofService as the "Services." In consideration for the Paid Services,Member agrees to: (1) provide certain current, complete, and accurate information about Member asprompted to do so by astro-panchang.com and (2) maintain and update this information as required to keep it current,complete and accurate. All information that We request and You provide onoriginal sign-up, and all updates thereto, are referred to in these Terms ofService as "Registration Data." Many of the Services and Content areprovided by third party suppliers and not by astro-panchang.com.

DEFINITIONS
In these Terms and Conditions of Use, thefollowing capitalised terms shall have the following meanings, except where thecontext otherwise requires:
"Account" means an accountcreated by a User on the Mobile Application as part of Registration.
"Merchant" refers to anyentity whose products or Samples can be purchased and/or redeemed (as the casemay be) via the Mobile Application.
"Privacy Policy" means theprivacy policy set out in Clause 14 of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
"Redeem" means to redeem aMerchant’s products or Samples on these Terms and Conditions of Use and
"Redemption" means the act ofredeeming such products or Samples.
"Register" means to create anAccount on the Mobile Application and "Registration" means the act ofcreating such an Account.
"Samples" means samples ofMerchant’s products and/or Merchant’s services, including without limitation,any vouchers for the redemption of such services, and "Sample" meansany one of them.
"Services" means all theservices provided by Singapore Post Limited via the Mobile Application toUsers, and "Service" means any one of them,
"Users" meansusers of the Mobile Application, including you and "User" means anyone of them.

Disputes
Any dispute related in any way toyour visit to this website or to products you purchase from us shall bearbitrated by state or federal court Gujarat-India and you consent to exclusivejurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Licenseand Site Access
We grant you a limited license toaccess and make personal use of this website or Application. You are notallowed to download or modify it. This may be done only with written consentfrom us.
UserAccount
If you are an owner of an accounton this website, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentialityof your private user details (username and password). You are responsible forall activities that occur under your account or password.
We reserve all rights to terminateaccounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders in their sole discretion.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund will be considered only ifcustomer mail us at [email protected] within 3 hour of payment. Norefund shall be entertained after expiry of two hour from the time of payment.
No refund shall be made if dataprovided by customer is incorrect. However, if customer mail us within an hourof ordering the report, we will consider the changes to be made.
Once the report is delivered tocustomer, no refund shall be made.
All eligible refunds shall be madewithin seven business days from the date of receipt of request. However, thesame is subject to transaction and processing time taken by bank/paymentgateway.
In case of double payment made bymistake against the single order, one payment will be refunded.
All refunds will be made afterdeducting the transaction charges levied by the bank and / or the paymentgateway, or any other charges that may have been borne by astro-panchang.com inprocessing and / or delivering the service, as applicable.
